MSS Law College, Hyderabad, was set up in 2008 and this is one of the recognised institutions in the legal field in Telangana state. This affiliated college is situated in Kachiguda Station Road, Chaderghat New Bridge, this college is nurturing the future lawyers for more than a decade. Being a BCI-approved institution, MSS Law College comprises varied undergraduate and postgraduate law courses at their college. The college occupies a 4.43 acre piece of land to improve the learning of law and related courses. The college admits students 765 and has a faculty of 16 employees providing individual care as well as quality education for its student.
MSS Law College boasts of well equipped and well equipped learning facilities. As for these main points of the facilities, the college library deserves a special mention, the source of inimitable legal experience. With covering all major journals in law, reports, textbooks, commentaries and theses it has leading journals like All India Reporter and Supreme Court Cases. It also contains a computer system installed with internet connection which allows the students to perform extended search on issues and keep familiar with national legislation and case law. Another facility is the Moot Court Hall which is basically a mock court system of the college. This facility is fundamental with respect to instilling students with advocacy skills and different related competencies such as analysis as well as teamwork, which they shall require in their legal practice. Also, computerised laboratories, internet facility, sports complex having a ground and indoor games, canteen services, and medical aid through a health centre with first-aid facility for the students make the college prepared for a education.
MSS Law College delivers four full-time courses in law. These are the three year three LL.B, two year two trimester LLM programmes in Corporate and Securities Laws and Labour and Employment Laws, and five year integrated BA LL.B programmes. The college offers 280 approved intake in the integrated LLB and LLM courses out of which 240 seats are in Integrated LLB and 20 seats each in two LLM’s. The purpose of these programmes is to meet certain learning interests concerning legal education and make sure that the learner acquires adequate theoretical and practical expertise in that area to be useful in the working world.
The admission process in MSS Law College is strict and they only consider the deserving individuals to be admitted in college. For the 3 years integrated LLB programme, the candidates must secure the minimum passing marks in the Telangana State Law Common Entrance Test (TS LAWCET) of the respective year of admission. No student is admitted to this institution without passing this entrance exam and their admission is determined by the merit they get in this exam. Admission in any of the colleges is also open under Management quota for those students who have completed their graduation. This is particularly due to the college’s affiliations with the TS LAWCET; a reputable state level law entrance examination enables the college to attract some of the best brains in law.

- Seeking admission into 3-year law course qualifications needed are only 12th and three-year graduation, with 12th being the basic qualification for seeking admission into a 3-year law course,
- The qualifications of 10th, 12th (+2), and graduation may be obtained through any mode (distance/correspondence / open schooling method).
- And the Pass percentage is 45% for the general category, 42% for the OBC category, and 40% for SC/ST category.
LLM Corporate and Securities Laws
- Candidates must have a three-year LLB degree or a three-year integrated LLB degree if equivalent LLB degree from a recognized University
- Candidates must have obtained at least 55% marks in aggregate of the qualifying degree examination
- For candidates in SC/ST category, a relaxation of 5% marks is provided i.e. they need to have 50% marks in the qualifying LLB degree exam.
LLM Labour and Employment Laws
- Candidates must have a three-year LLB degree or a three-year integrated LLB degree if equivalent LLB degree from a recognized University
- Candidates must have obtained at least 55% marks in aggregate of the qualifying degree examination
- For candidates in SC/ST category, a relaxation of 5% marks is provided i.e. they need to have 50% marks in the qualifying LLB degree exam.
BA LLB
- Seeking admission into a 5-year law course only the 10th and 12th qualification suffices with the 10th being the basic qualification for seeking admission into the 5-year law course.
- The qualifications for 10th and 12th may be obtained through any mode (distance/correspondence / open schooling method).
