Muthayammal Polytechnic College, Rasipuram, was established in year 1984, is one among the leading technical institutions located in Tamil Nadu, India. Located over 25 acres, the college offers diploma courses in engineering and technology specialisation. Recognised by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), the Muthayammal Polytechnic College is the college of technical education. Facilitating 2,066 students and with a faculty of 124, it works to provide proper learning atmosphere for the students. It provides eleven diploma courses in engineering disciplines that give direction to its students on various technical specialisations required in the technologically advanced world.
Muthayammal Polytechnic College has many important facilities geared towards the improvement of the learning process in the college. The college has various laboratories for each department that are the Automobile Engineering Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, and Electronics and Communication Engineering.
