PYDAH College of Engineering, Kakinada, was established in 2009 as an affiliated college and is located in Andhra Pradesh. Situated on a large 40-acre campus, the institute offers a wide range of engineering programmes at the various levels. PYDAH College is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and provides education to a total of 669 students across its various courses. The institute offers 14 courses across 5 degree levels, with specialisations in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Electronics and Communication, and Mechanical Engineering.

The admission process at PYDAH College of Engineering is based on entrance examinations. For B.Tech programmes, admissions are conducted through the Andhra Pradesh Engineering Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test (AP EAMCET). Diploma courses accept students based on the Andhra Pradesh Polytechnic Common Entrance Test (AP POLYCET). For postgraduate programmes, the college considers scores from the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) and the Andhra Pradesh Post Graduate Engineering Common Entrance Test (AP PGECET). The institute also offers management quota seats for various courses, where students can register directly with the college after the announcement of their qualifying examination results.

- For IVC (Intermediate Vocational Course) Passed outs :
- Those who have passed an Intermediate vocational course(IVC) and passed in relevant bridge course with Maths, Physics, and Chemistry subjects as applicable conducted by a board of Intermediate education are only eligible
- For ITI Passed outs:
- Those who secure 60% at ITI and also pass in bridge course examination conducted by SBTET with Maths, Physics, and Chemistry are only eligible.
