Rajashri Shahu College of Pharmacy, Buldhana, was started in the year 2012 in Maharashtra. This affiliated college is situated at Malvihir, Botha-Khamgaon Road, and has a huge 5-acre campus with several different programmes in the field of pharmacy. This institute is well-known for its quality education, with approval from PCI and AICTE. The college maintains a very excellent student-to-teacher ratio due to its total student of 104 enrolment against a faculty strength of 41 and thus offers better attention and guidance.
The college has a whole array of modern facilities for the betterment of the learning experience of the students. Rajashri Shahu College of Pharmacy offers courses at all levels of pharmaceutical education. The Courses the institute offers are 9 in number under 4 degree programmes: B.Pharma, M.Pharma with a specialisation in Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance, Pharmaceutics, and Pharmacology; D.Pharma; and Doctoral programmes Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmaceutics, Pharmacology, and Pharmacognosy. B.Pharma, being a flagship course, has 100 seats, and each M.Pharma specialisation can accommodate 15 students. D.Pharma is offered with 60 seats. The courses have been specially designed to give students a strong base in Pharmaceutical Sciences and to prepare them for successful careers in the industry.

Admissions at Rajashri Shahu College of Pharmacy are done on a competitive and merit base. Applicants in the B.Pharma course should have nonzero marks either in the Maharashtra Common Entrance Test or in the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test. To be admitted to the M.Pharma course, one has to qualify for the Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test (GPAT); this is also essential for fellowship considerations. PhD admissions are done on the basis of the performance of the candidates in PET, the PhD entrance examination conducted by the affiliated university. The institution accepts many national and state-level entrance tests, such as NEET, GPAT, and MHT-CET, for its programs at all levels; it thus admits quite a diverse and talented student body.

B.Pharma
To be eligible for First Year Degree Course in Pharmacy (B. Pharm) admission, the candidate should:
- Have Indian National
- Have Passed the HSC (Std. XII) examination of Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent examination with subjects English, Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/ Biology.
- Have Secured minimum 50% marks (45% for backward class and Physically Handicapped candidates from Maharashtra) in the Subjects Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/Biology.
To be eligible for Second Year Degree Course in Pharmacy (B. Pharm):
- The Candidate must be an Indian National and should have passed the Post-SSC or Post-HSC Diploma Course in Pharmacy with at least 50.00 % marks (45.00 % marks in case of candidates of Backward class categories belonging only to Maharashtra State) from an AICTE approved Institution with English as the medium of instruction at Diploma level,
M.Pharma Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance
- The candidate should have Indian National
- The candidate should have passed bachelors degree or equivalent in Pharmacy from an AICTE approved institute with at least 50% (at least 45 % marks in case of SC/ST category belongs to Maharashtra state only).
M.Pharma Pharmaceutics
- The candidate should have Indian National
- The candidate should have passed bachelors degree or equivalent in Pharmacy from an AICTE approved institute with at least 50% (at least 45 % marks in case of SC/ST category belongs to Maharashtra state only).
M.Pharma Pharmacology
- The candidate should have Indian National
- The candidate should have passed bachelors degree or equivalent in Pharmacy from an AICTE approved institute with at least 50% (at least 45 % marks in case of SC/ST category belongs to Maharashtra state only).
Ph.D Pharmaceutical Chemistry
- Master’s Degree holders satisfying the criteria stipulated under Clause 2 above.
- Candidates who have cleared the M.Phil. course work with at least 55% marks in aggregate or its equivalent grade 'B' in the UGC 7-point scale (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever the grading system is followed) and successfully completing the M.Phil. Degree shall be eligible to proceed to do research work leading to the Ph. D. Degree in the same Institution in an integrated program. A relaxation of 5% of marks, from 55% to 50%, or an equivalent relaxation of grade, may be allowed for those belonging to SC/ST/OBC(non-creamy layer)/differently-abled and other categories of candidates as per the decision of the Commission from time to time.
- A person whose M.Phil. dissertation has been evaluated and the viva voce is pending may be admitted to the Ph.D. program of the same Institution. Candidates possessing a Degree considered equivalent to M.Phil. Degree of an Indian Institution, from a Foreign Educational Institution accredited by an Assessment and Accreditation Agency which is approved, recognized, or authorized by an authority, established or incorporated under a law in its home country or any other statutory authority in that country for the purpose of assessing, accrediting or assuring quality and standards of educational institutions, shall be eligible for admission to the Ph.D. program
