Rajgad Dnyanpeeth's College of Pharmacy, Bhor. The establishment year of this college was 1994. The co-educational college has affiliation with Savitribai Phule Pune University and to its credit has accreditation from the National Assessment and Accreditation Council and approval from the Pharmacy Council of India. It has a sprawling 10-acre campus with a total student enrollment of 286, out of which the number of boys is 129 and that of girls is 157. There are 27 dedicated faculty members. It offers 7 courses through its 4 undergraduate programs in various pharmaceutical disciplines.
There are necessary facilities available in the college to groom these students in the learning process. This is a total resource center with a huge stock of print and electronic resources to help in academics. It has well-equipped, state-of-the-art laboratories with sophisticated instruments for UG and PG research studies. The auditorium can accommodate 300 people, and is quite appropriate for cultural programs, conferences, and guest lectures. Other facilities for physical development are the sports room with various types of equipment and a gymnasium. The campus also has boys' and girls' hostels with necessary facilities, making the environment comfortable for students coming from out of town. B.Pharma
1. H.S.C. (Std. XII) of Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent examination with subjects such as English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology / Mathematics.
2. And secured minimum 50% marks (45% for backward class candidates) from Maharashtra in subjects such as English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology / Mathematics taken together and passed in the same seating.
3. Any other qualification approved by the Pharmacy Council of India as equivalent to any other above examination.
M.Pharma Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance
The candidate should be an Indian National and has passed final year/ final semester of Bachelor of Pharmacy from AICTE approved institute with at least 50% marks in aggregate (at least 45% marks in case of SC/ST category & Persons with disability candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only) and possess valid GPAT All India Rank or total score will be eligible for admission to M. Pharm course
M.Pharma Pharmacology
The candidate should be an Indian National and has passed final year/ final semester of Bachelor of Pharmacy from AICTE approved institute with at least 50% marks in aggregate (at least 45% marks in case of SC/ST category & Persons with disability candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only) and possess valid GPAT All India Rank or total score will be eligible for admission to M. Pharm course
M.Pharma Pharmaceutics
The candidate should be an Indian National and has passed final year/ final semester of Bachelor of Pharmacy from AICTE approved institute with at least 50% marks in aggregate (at least 45% marks in case of SC/ST category & Persons with disability candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only) and possess valid GPAT All India Rank or total score or valid MAH-MPH-CET2014 score will be eligible for admission to M. Pharm course.
D.Pharma
1. H.S.C. (Std. XII) of Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent.
2. Intermediate examination in Science.
3. Pre-Degree examination or
4. Any other qualification approved by the Pharmacy Council of India as equivalent to any other above examination.
Ph.D Pharmaceutical Chemistry
- Master’s Degree holders satisfying the criteria stipulated under Clause 2 above.
- Candidates who have cleared the M.Phil. course work with at least 55% marks in aggregate or its equivalent grade 'B' in the UGC 7-point scale (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever the grading system is followed) and successfully completing the M.Phil. Degree shall be eligible to proceed to do research work leading to the Ph. D. Degree in the same Institution in an integrated program. A relaxation of 5% of marks, from 55% to 50%, or an equivalent relaxation of grade, may be allowed for those belonging to SC/ST/OBC(non-creamy layer)/differently-abled and other categories of candidates as per the decision of the Commission from time to time.
- A person whose M.Phil. dissertation has been evaluated and the viva voce is pending may be admitted to the Ph.D. program of the same Institution.
- Candidates possessing a Degree considered equivalent to M.Phil. Degree of an Indian Institution, from a Foreign Educational Institution accredited by an Assessment and Accreditation Agency which is approved, recognized, or authorized by an authority, established or incorporated under a law in its home country or any other statutory authority in that country for the purpose of assessing, accrediting or assuring quality and standards of educational institutions, shall be eligible for admission to the Ph.D. program.
Ph.D Pharmacology
