Rajmata Jijau Shikshan Prasarak Mandal's Institute of Pharmacy, Pune was established in the year 2007. It is a known name today in the field of pharmaceutical education. The institute is located at Dudulgaon, Moshi-Alandi Road, on a compact campus with a total area of 3.5 acres. It is an affiliated college and has established a space for itself in pharmacy education and is approved by the Pharmacy Council of India, PCI. The institute is intimate as far as the learning atmosphere is concerned with a total student enrolment of 252 students and a faculty strength of 18. There are two degree programmes in the diploma and the bachelor's-level to cater to comprehensive pharmaceutical training.

These are the D.Pharma of 2 years and the undergraduate programme B.Pharma of 4 years. The intake capacity for both classes in one year is maintained at 60, so it is an intake capacity of 120 seats per year. Its focal attention develops to give appropriate time and quality education in pharmaceutical sciences. The curriculum design along with practical training methodology assures the development of well-skilled professionals from the institute.

D.Pharma
- The candidate should be an Indian National;
- Passed the HSC Science with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects along with one of the subjects Mathematics or Biology (Botany and Zoology).
- Any other criterion is declared from time to time by the appropriate authority. Note: - Other than Maharashtra State Candidates shall be eligible for Institution quota only.
B.Pharma
i. The candidate should be an Indian National;
ii. Passed HSC or its equivalent examination with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects along with one of the Mathematics or Biology and obtained at least 45% marks (at least 40% marks in case of candidates of Backward class categories, Economically Weaker Section and Persons with Disability belonging only to Maharashtra State) in the above subjects taken together;
iii. The candidate should have appeared in all the subjects in MHT-CET 2020 and obtained a non-zero score in MHT-CET 2020.
or
i. The candidate should be an Indian National;
ii. Passed HSC or its equivalent examination with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects along with one of the Mathematics or Biology and obtained at least 45% marks (at least 40% marks in case of candidates of Backward class categories, Economically Weaker Section and Persons with Disability belonging only to Maharashtra State) in the above subjects taken together;
iii. Should obtain a non-zero positive score in NEET or the candidate should have appeared in all the subjects in MHT-CET 2020 and obtained non-zero scores in MHT-CET 2020 However, preference shall be given to the candidate obtaining non-zero positive scores in NEET over the candidates who obtained non-zero scores in MHT-CET 2020.
