Raman Polytechnic, Bangalore, a premier technical institution was started in the year 1988 at bangalore, the IT capital of India, located in the Southern State of Karnataka. This affiliated college accredited by AICTE has been training technical talent for over three decades. Located at Vishwabharthi Campus of Magadi Main Road it has constructed a beautiful building and covers wide area of land for both learning and other activities. While the total enrolment of students in Raman Polytechnic is 200 students, the faculty strength of the college is 31; thus, the college boasts a good student-teacher ratio.

At present, the institute teaches six different full time diploma courses, of which each course takes a total of three years to complete. These programmes are very diverse and spans a large number of engineering disciplines thus ensuring that students get the basic ground work in their field of interest. On completion of the institute’s courses students are awarded the Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering Civil Engineering, Electrical Electronics Engineering, and Automobile Engineering.
