Founded in the year 1999, Samrat Prithvi Raj Chauhan Mahavidyalaya is an affiliated college located in Haridwar, Uttarakhand. Admission to Samrat Prithvi Raj Chauhan Mahavidyalaya is based on the open policy of admission. In most courses, admission is based on the merit of the qualifying examination. Though in the case of the B.Ed course, the following procedure is adopted by the college. According to the policy of the State Government/UT administration and that of the University, admission into B.Ed course is made based on the marks obtained in the qualifying examination and/or an entrance examination.
