Sarsuna College, established in 1999, is an affiliated college located in Kolkata within the state of West Bengal. The institution has its compact 1.606-acre campus and offers a wide range of undergraduate and postgraduate programs. Sarsuna College, accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council, has grown manifolds since its very inception with a total student enrolment of 5,079 and a faculty strength of 77 members.
It has a conducive learning environment, well facilitated with modern facilities for its students. The library began with 86 books in 1999, now it occupies a vast collection of books—over 30,550, 250 bound volumes, and 123 non-book materials. About 2,500 online journals are also availed to learners through INFLIBNET. Laboratories are well-equipped for various departments, an auditorium for cultural and academic events, and a spacious playground with sports facilities. It has an IT infrastructure, a cafeteria, a medical facility, and a convenience store inside the college campus that students can avail themselves of.
