In short, it only provides a single-degree program-the Bachelor of Laws-and hence centers only on learning law. There are various features in the college which are devised to ensure the best experience ever for the student in training.
Such halls within the institute are the W.N. Mokasdar memorial library, which holds a well-equipped law library. Resource centres of such a kind are open during working hours for regular students for tapping literature and law-related research material. Institution auditorium facilitates events as well as seminars which help intellectual discussion and community engagement. It is also a three-year consecutive full-time program that provides a comprehensive understanding of principles and practices associated with the subject area.
That assumes a very significant number of aspirants would be taken up into the LLB course annually. Regarding the fact that the college only recruits students to one degree program, it is then following a relatively more specific and far-reaching approach in the importation of legal education, which might be of big benefits to the students who are really committed to following up with a career in the practice of law.
The admissions would, most likely, follow general admission procedures of Indian law colleges. These would most likely include academic performance in qualifying examinations and perhaps an entrance test. Sau Kusum Tai Dabke Law College, with its century-long history and the focused approach pursued toward imparting legal education, continues playing a vital role in shaping the legal scenario of Chhattisgarh and beyond.
