Shivkala Buddh Shikshan Prashikshan Sansthan is one of the younger institutions in the group and was established in 2014. This affiliated scenic village college, located in Kadipur, has been fast making its presence felt in the realm of teacher education. It is approved by the National Council for Teacher Education and runs its courses from a modest 1.5-acre campus. It has maintained a total enrolment of 98 students, the required student-teacher ratio, and a faculty strength of 8.

Shikshan Prashikshan Sansthan is only concerned about the making of a teacher through its one full-time course, that of Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.). This two-year course is at the base of the seat matrix of the institute, which runs with an approved intake of 100 students each year. The curriculum and methodology of the course are geared to train students for a successful vocation in the domain of primary education.
