Shri Kankeshwari Deviji Institute of Technology was established in 2008 as an affiliated college based in Jamnagar, Gujarat. The institution is approved by AICTE and offers various programs in engineering based on its sprawling 17-acre campus. KIT has a student enrolment of 81, with a faculty strength of 60. It has six undergraduate BE programs: Computer Science and Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering.

The KIT is committed to providing its students with a fully fledged learning environment. To this effect, the institute offers various facilities for academics and extracurricular activities. Among them are separate boys' and girls' hostels, which provide comfortable accommodation to students coming from different regions. A well-stocked library provides for a conducive learning environment at this campus. For the physical fitness enthusiasts, there is a gym and sports facilities at KIT. It also realises the role of technology in modern education, and therefore, it provides IT infrastructure and WiFi connectivity enabled across the campus. 

There is a total of eight courses under two degree programs, and all of them are full-time. All the six BE programs are in Computer Science and Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering.
