Shri Guru Nanak Degree College, Rudrapur is a co-educational institution started in the year 2004 which is located in Uttarakhand, India. The campus is under the affiliation of Saurashtra University, Rajkot and has about 5 acres of land available. A total of 804 students, along with 16 faculty members are present on the campus for the perfect learning environment. Appropriately approved by the National Council for Teacher Education, New Delhi, it emphasises the quality for teacher training programmes. Shri Guru Nanak Degree College has come up with 7 courses in different streams to fulfill the various academic interests of the students.

Programmes at the bachelor's level are available in Arts, Commerce, Business Administration, and Education. Of these, at the undergraduate level itself, there is also Commerce Hons. At the postgraduate level, there are Master of Commerce and MA in Education. Its B.Ed course is one of the most sought-after courses among students who wish to take up teaching as a profession, for which 100 seats have been sanctioned. 

Admission procedure varies from one programme to another in the Shri Guru Nanak Degree College. For B.Ed., strictly based on merit, that is, marks scored in the qualifying examination and/or entrance examination. The college follows guidelines and policies framed and notified by the State Government, UT Administration and the affiliated University.
