Shri Ram Group of Institutions Integrated Campus Jabalpur was established in the year 2009 and is located in Jabalpur (Madhya Pradesh), India. This affiliated college recognized by AICTE and PCI is the right place to think of if you want to know engineering and pharmacy fields. The institute is placed in a very small area of 2.5 acres and offers the total number of student intakes as 829 and total faculty members as 142. SRGI Jabalpur has 14 courses across 5 degree programmes; the college offers niche courses in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Communications, Electricals, and Pharmacy.
Currently, the campus has developed adequate facilities to improve the learning abilities and intelligence of the students. The central library is the backbone of the academic centre, which consists of more than ninety thousand books and more than one thousand online national and international journals with JGATE facilities. Notably, SRGI is the only private engineering college affiliated with IEEE and ASME digital libraries in Jabalpur. Similarly, the importance placed on technology is underlined by the IT facilities available in the institute; the institute is a fully Wi-Fi enabled campus with approximately 150 access points, which supports a separate bandwidth of over 20+ Mbps.
SRGI Jabalpur provides the diverse academic programmes in terms of courses with a major focus on NCVT/SCVT trades: undergraduate courses (seven), postgraduate courses (six), and diploma courses (one). The institute’s total approved intake across all passed courses is 712 seats. Some of the most sought are BE in Computer Science and Engineering with 180 seats, B.Pharma with 100 seats and BE in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science with 60 admission capacities. It also has the M.Tech specialisation offered in Data Science, Environmental Engineering, and Structural Engineering and has a seating capacity of 18 for each programme.
In accordance with the aims and objectives of its establishment, SRGI Jabalpur follows a coherent and equitable admission procedure. As for the particulars of entry for particular programmes, details are omitted; nevertheless, it is standard practice for engineering institutions to take into consideration the results of the scores in the national or state-level entrance examination as well as the performance in the qualifying examination. Proper information on how to apply and time to apply, among other issues, can be obtained from the official website of the institute or the admissions office of a student hoping to join the institute.
The concern of SRGI Jabalpur towards the complete personality development of the students is best supported by its large number of sports-related amenities. It has a standard cricket ground, basketball court, and badminton hall with facilities for hockey and football as well. Academic performance should be accompanied by co-curricular activities so that an institute can produce persons who shall be in a position to perform the tasks within their areas of calling.
