The college, Shriman Suresh Dada Jain College of Pharmacy, Chandwad, was established in the year 1999. The college is situated in Nashik, Maharashtra. The institute was approved by AICTE and PCI, offering various programs in the field of pharmacy. Candidate should be an Indian National and should have passed the HSC (Std. XII) examination of Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent examination with subjects English, Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/Biology AND Secured a minimum of 45% marks (minimum 40% marks in case of candidates of Backward class categories and Physically Handicapped belonging only to Maharashtra State) in the subjects Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Mathematics added together (Maximum of marks obtained in Biology/Mathematics shall be considered for the purpose of addition) AND Obtained a non zero score in subjects Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Mathematics added together at MHT-CET.
Direct Second Year of the degree course in Pharmacy (B. Pharmacy).
Eligibility Criteria for Maharashtra State Candidates and Outside Maharashtra State Candidates:
Candidate should be an Indian National and Should have passed the Diploma Course in Pharmacy (D. Pharm.) examination or equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks and the criteria specified by the Director, DTE, Mumbai, and Registrar, the University of Pune from time to time.
M.Pharma Pharmaceutics
The Candidate should be an Indian National and who possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent in Pharmacy from an AICTE approved institution, with at least 55 % marks (at least 50% marks in case of SC/ST category & Physically Handicapped candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only)
M.Pharma Pharmacology
The Candidate should be an Indian National and who possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent in Pharmacy from an AICTE approved institution, with at least 55 % marks (at least 50% marks in case of SC/ST category & Physically Handicapped candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only)
D.Pharma
The Candidate should be an Indian National and should have passed the HSC (Std. Degree shall be eligible to proceed to do research work leading to the Ph. D. Degree in the same Institution in an integrated program. A relaxation of 5% of marks, from 55% to 50%, or an equivalent relaxation of grade, may be allowed for those belonging to SC/ST/OBC(non-creamy layer)/differently-abled and other categories of candidates as per the decision of the Commission from time to time.
- A person whose M.Phil. dissertation has been evaluated and the viva voce is pending may be admitted to the Ph.D. program of the same Institution.
- Candidates possessing a Degree considered equivalent to M.Phil. Degree of an Indian Institution, from a Foreign Educational Institution accredited by an Assessment and Accreditation Agency which is approved, recognized, or authorized by an authority, established or incorporated under a law in its home country or any other statutory authority in that country for the purpose of assessing, accrediting or assuring quality and standards of educational institutions, shall be eligible for admission to the Ph.D. program.
