Siliguri Government Polytechnic, established in the year 1995, is one of the leading technical institutions in Siliguri. This government polytechnic is located at 1 No Dabgram Colony, Rabindra Sarani, Siliguri, West Bengal on a sprawling 5 acres campus. It has an adamant inclination towards technical education. There are varieties of diploma courses prevalent in this institution. The institute is approved by AICTE and PCI, New Delhi, hence ensuring quality education with curricula relevant to industries. Having a total student enrolment of 893 and a faculty strength of 30, SGP provides a good learning environment for aspiring technicians and engineers.
The institute has many facilities to enhance the learning environment for its students. The college has a well-stocked library, which is the learning hub. Students shall be exposed to a torrent of technical literature and related resources.
