Srajan Institute of Technology, Management and Science (SITMS), Ratlam, Madhya Pradesh, is a shining gem of technical education started in the year 2009. This affiliated college, recognised by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), is situated in a ten-point, two-two acre complex. SITMS has a diverse course that provides engineering courses to its 443 students, facilitated by 51 member faculty. There is no doubt when it comes to the quality of education being offered in the institute Some of the disciplines being offered in the institute cut across five specialised branches of engineering and as such, the students are exposed to several opportunities towards the achievement of their technical dreams.
Srajan Institute of Technology boasts of providing a good list of service amenities that supplement the learning process. The institute has separate hostel accommodation for boys and girls for students who stay from town facilities. The outfitting of these hostels is contemporary, and there is provision for light, ventilation, power, reading rooms, and even a clinic. A special health centre with first aid offered guarantees the proper conditions for the SITMS community.
At present, the SITMS has an academically diverse environment elaborated for five full-time BE programmes. This is BE in Civil Engineering, Information Technology, and Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, and Science, and newly introduced BE in Electric Vehicles. The institute as a whole has a strength of 270 under these mentioned programmes for intake, out of which 60 for civil engineering, mechanical engineering, computer science and engineering, and electric vehicles, and information technology and engineering has 30 seats. All these courses are four-year full-time programme that aim at tapping the latest knowledge and skills relevant to the field.

Interestingly, there are no specifics that the college provides regarding the actual admission procedure of SITMS; however, it has been posted that admissions here are on a merit basis and are open to all. The list of documents to be submitted, requirements for admission, and registration dates can be found on the web site of the institute or in the office of the admissions committee. Some of the colleges do not mention specific entrance exams that the candidate needs to clear, but most engineering colleges require state- or national-level engineering entrance tests. This is the reason why SITMS has been equally determined to train and produce talented engineers through quality education.
SITMS Ratlam lies as good ground for students interested in gaining their initial foothold in engineering disciplines. The goals and objectives include the establishment of an institute equipped with state-of-the-art amenities and a plethora of courses with an emphasis on personal and academic growth to produce a new generation of professional engineers to respond to new challenges of the technological world.
