The total approved intake scheme for all courses offered is 290. In the undergraduate level, the SJCPS has kept its 60 seats of D.Pharma and 100 seats of B.Pharma. For postgraduate studies, the college offers distinct M.Pharma programmes in Pharmaceutical Analysis and Quality Assurance, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmaceutics, and Pharmacology, which have 15 seats each.
