In 1998, the Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering and Technology, Chittoor—also referred to as SVCET Chittoor—was founded. The All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and the University Grants Commission (UGC) have both recognized and approved SVCET.
SVCET Chittoor offers courses in computer application and IT, management and business administration, engineering and architecture, and management. The Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering and Technology, Chittoor offers Diploma, B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA and MBA programmes in various disciplines.
The Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering and Technology, Chittoor offers admission based on a management quota and through an entrance exam.
