St. Stephen’s College of Education for Women, Madurai, was set up in the year 2006 andit enriches the young minds to shape their future in their premier educational institution. St. Stephen’s College of Education for Women has a traditional B.Ed programme that is a two-year full course. The college has got a approved intake capacity of 100 students for the B.Ed course out of which the college tries to maintain a sound student teacher ratio with excellent quality. The admission policy of the St. Stephen’s College of Education for Women is based on merit in accordance with the policies laid down by the state Government, U.T. Administration and the University to which the college is affiliated. The courses are through the qualifying examination result and/or entrance examination with the placement tests.
