St. Thomas College of Nursing is an affiliated college and was established in 2010 in Rampura, Phagi, Jaipur Rajasthan which offers the degree of B.Sc. Nursing. It is affiliated with the Indian Nursing Council (INC) and provides a B.Sc Nursing course. At present, the college located on fifty acres of land enrols 143 students, and employs 17 faculty members. This institution has equal opportunities to educate the two genders as it is a co-educational institution. The college with a single full-time degree programme is firmed on delivering quality programme in nursing.
A variety of latest amenities makes sure the students have an appealing environment to allowing them to achieve excellence both academically and socially. The laboratories include Nutrition, Fundamentals of Nursing, Anatomy & Physiology, Community, MCH, Microbiology & Biochemistry, Computer, and Audio-visual study skill laboratories. Learning resource centre is a treasure trove of information, providing updated reference books, course books, national and international journals and e-resources. The campus is provided with Wi-Fi with an internet facility working round the clock and additional computer laboratory. To improve students comfort, St. Thomas College of Nursing has well fitted self contained hostels for boys and girls which are furnished and air cooled for studying and resting. Canteen facility is provided hygienically on campus and security personnel are posted 24 hours. Also they use functional buses which are owned by the college to transport both students and staff for practice and educational trips respectively.
St. Thomas College of Nursing offers one full-time course, the B.Sc. Nursing. This is a four-year programme with an approved admission capacity of 40 students through the CUE Diploma in Comprehensive Nursing Course programme. The programme prepares and produces competent, well-equipped, and well-motivated nurses with sound theoretical background improved by both clinical and practical experience. It also accredits reinforced pragmatic learning where the college partners with many hospitals, general, speciality and super speciality.
