SW Shri Namdevrao Parjane Patil Law College, Kopargaon, was established in 2006. It is a private college whose campus is located at Kopargaon, Maharashtra. It is an affiliated college that has received permission from the Bar Council of India (BCI) to impart legal education. The college is running on a campus spread over 1 acre of area. The college is presently offering two full-time law courses with an enrolment capacity of 130 students and is operated by a faculty of 5 members.
The college has comprehensive facilities in place to enhance students' learning experience. It is equipped with a well-stocked library with internet access that aids students in legal research and study. The moot court facility will enable the students to gain hands-on exposure towards courtroom procedures and argumentation.
Shri Namdevrao Parjane Patil Law College offers two full-fledged law courses. It includes a 3-year LLB course as well as the 5-year integrated BA LLB program. Each course is a full-time course. While it is an approved intake of 60 students in each of the courses, this makes the total seats per annum 120. Both the courses are poised to give the students a sound foundation in the theoretical and practical applications of law and prepare them for various roles.

- And the Pass percentage is 45% for the general category, 42% for the OBC category, and 40% for SC/ST category.
BA LLB
- Seeking admission into a 5-year law course only 10th and 12th qualification suffices with 10th being the basic qualification for seeking admission into the 5-year law course.
- The qualifications of 10th and 12th may be obtained through any mode (distance/correspondence / open schooling method).
- And the Pass percentage is 45% for the general category, 42% for the OBC category, and 40% for SC/ST category.
