The University Institute of Hotel Management and Tourism, in short, UIHMT, is one of the most prestigious Institutes of Punjab University, Chandigarh. This highly prestigious institute was established in the year 2009 under the motto of shaping talent in the hospitality and tourism sectors. It has been located in Sector 14 of Chandigarh. It offers various specialised courses, keeping in view the growing demands of the said industry.

MHMCT
A Bachelors Degree in hotel management or equivalent from any recognized University with not less than 50% marks in the aggregate.
MTTM
A Bachelors Degree in any discipline of the University or a degree of any other University which has been recognized by Syndicate as equivalent thereto with not less than 50% marks in the aggregate.
