VDF School of Pharmacy, Latur, was established in the year 2010 as an affiliated college located in Maharashtra, India. This co-educational institution is approved by the Pharmacy Council of India and imparts specialized education in pharmaceutical sciences. The college is located on a 50-acre campus with a total enrolment of students of 515 and a faculty strength of 18. Presently, VDF School of Pharmacy offers two Undergraduate and Postgraduate Degree programs: a Bachelor of Pharmacy (B. Pharm.) and a Master of Pharmacy (M. Pharm.) in Pharmaceutics, which would enable students to have a career in the Pharmaceutical industry.
The ideal learning environment is the college's objective for the student. It has a large and resourceful library to help its students in all their academic and research-related activities. Its IT infrastructure is impressively coupled with a modern internet lab comprising more than 300 systems, thus providing highly speeded internet connectivity to students and staff members. A well-planned spacious classroom with proper ventilation and excellent acoustics further adds to an ideal environment for teaching and learning. Departmental-based laboratory facilities for practical training ensure hands-on experience for students in their respective fields of study.
The Courses the Institution predominantly offers are the 4 years full-time Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) course and the 2 years full-time Master of Pharmacy (M. Pharm) course in Pharmaceutics, also known as M. Pharm Pharmaceutics.

VDF School of Pharmacy admits students on the basis of merit. The candidates shall be selected for admission to first year B. Pharm course based on the inter merit of the Maharashtra Common Entrance Test, a state level test for admission to pharmacy courses.

B.Pharma
(1) Maharashtra State Candidature Candidates
- The candidate should be an Indian National;
- Passed HSC or its equivalent examination with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects along with one of the Mathematics or Biology and obtained at least 45% marks (at least 40% marks in case of candidates of Backward class categories and Persons with Disability belonging only to Maharashtra State) in the above subjects taken together;
- should have appeared in all the subjects and should obtain a non-zero score in CET conducted by the Competent Authority.
- (2)All India Candidature Candidates
- The candidate should be an Indian National;
- Passed HSC or its equivalent examination with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects along with one of the Mathematics or Biology and obtained at least 45% marks (at least 40% marks in case of candidates of Backward class categories and Persons with Disability belonging only to Maharashtra State) in the above subjects taken together;
- should obtain a non-zero positive score in NEET or the candidate should have appeared in all the subjects in CET and should obtain a non-zero score in CET conducted by the Competent Authority. However, preference shall be given to the candidate obtaining non-zero positive scores in NEET over the candidates who obtained non-zero scores in CET.
- (3) NRI/ OCI/ PIO, Children of Indian workers in the Gulf countries, Foreign National
- The candidate should have passed the HSC or its equivalent examination with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects along with one of the Mathematics or Biology, and obtained at least 45 % marks in the above subjects taken together;
- Any other criterion is declared from time to time by the appropriate authority as defined under the Act.
