VPM's Ramniklal Z Shah College of Arts, Science and Commerce, commonly known as VPM's RZSC, Mulund East, is one of the premier educational institutions in Mumbai. This affiliated college was started in 2003. The National Assessment and Accreditation Council has awarded accreditation to the college. Spread over a sprawling 1-acre campus, VPMS RZSC offers, at present, a diverse range of 10 courses across 5 degree programmes, catering to a total student population of 1,950. Its faculty comprises 49 devoted teachers, thus providing the right type of environment and personal attention that the students need.

VPM's Ramniklal Z Shah College of Arts, Science and Commerce possesses all types of modern facilities to add to the learning environment of its students. The library, operational from 8.00 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. every day of the year, is the knowledge centre of the institution, with its vast collection of textbooks, reference books, and journals. VPMS RZSC offers various undergraduate programmes in the Arts, Science, and Commerce streams. The institution offers 10 full-time courses, including the very popular B.Com, B.Sc, BMS, and some niche programmes like B.Sc in Information Technology and Computer Science, BA in Multimedia and Mass Communication, and B.Com in Banking and Insurance.
