Yamuna Polytechnic for Engineering, Yamuna Nagar, was established in the year 2008. It is an affiliated college, located in Haryana, India. This co-educational institution is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education, New Delhi, which ensures quality technical education. Situated on a sprawling 26-acre campus, the polytechnic offers a range of diploma programs in the engineering disciplines. Resulting in a total student enrolment of 390, with a faculty strength of 42, the institute provides an ideal learning environment. The polytechnic offers one degree type in six specified fields of study.
The Institute has several facilities to aid students in their academic and personal development. Yamuna Polytechnic for Engineering has a well-stocked library of about 20,000 volumes. There are two individual hostels for boys and girls, respectively, managed by devoted wardens who take care of the students' comforts and safety. Diploma in Computer Engineering
- At the time of admission, the candidate intending to take admission in any of the three-year diploma courses should have passed the 10th class examination with a minimum of 35% marks (subject to change by State Govt. decision, if any) from the Board of School Education, Haryana or equivalent examination from a recognized board/university.
- For direct admission to 2nd year, the student should have passed 12th science with vocational/technical or 10+2 (2 Years ITI) with appropriate specialization.
Diploma in Electrical Engineering
